There is a FIVE YEAR waiting period before any house may be RENTED.

There is a one time contribution fee that is charged on all estoppel forms. The fee is $2000.00. This is used to offset capital expenses and help keep our maintenance fees low.
To help keep our bookkeeping costs low and maintain operational efficiency the association, no longer accept personal checks for maintenance payments. All maintenance payments can be made through Zelle at tems@temsassociation.com.

Attn Buyers: Pool keys are available and are issued to each home. Please obtain a key from the current owner. Replacement keys are 50.00. Pool is open dusk to dawn.
Please do not park on your lawn. Sprinkler repairs cost us all money.

Trash days are MONDAY and THURSDAY. Monday is Bulk Pickup day. Thursday is recycling day. Trash and recycling containers can not be visible from the street.
